What is your experience in Organic Farming?: I have over 6 years of both class room and hands-on experience with organic farming. During 2006 I interned at an organic vegetable and apple farm for a growing season in California. In 2008 I took a permaculture course and have been doing projects intermittently ever since in community farms in Brooklyn and northern New York State. Specifically, I have installed compost systems, planted and tended for crops, and built growing beds. My current job is at a farmers market and am a hard worker with a great attitude. I love farming and working with my body and am very excited to learn more and be a part of an organic farming project!
