The closest i have come to organic farming would be my involvement where i work which is a familyI owned restaurant, Niko's Southside Grille in chattanooga, tn. We buy only local, organic produce and meat and i absolutely love learning about the farms that all of it comes from. I know this isn't a lot at all, but i am very interested in learning more about it and hopefully helping out!

we grow everything organic. rightnow we have organic cabbages,tomatoes,cilantro,sweet potatoes,plaintains,sweet peppers,moringas, ockra. and we have some other plants in nursery. We soo will expand into livestock but we need to get some more work done which will take us about 3months. we also make our own fertilizers
