I tried several times to get a Costa Rica wwoof membership. It said the payment couldn't be completed, but the money was taken from my credit card account three times. I tried once with PayPal, but that didn't work either. I didn't get a confirmation or farm list or access to a wwoof Costa Rica website. Can someone tell me what my status is?? Thanks in advance

Hello Nicholas,

I checked and there is a spelling difference in your email listed. In order to have your privacy secure, I am going to write you privately. That may be the reason why your are having troubles.

I paid twice on wwoof Costa Rica and both times it said that the payment can’t be completed. But in my bank account it was taking the money out. I still do not have access to the Costa Rica farm list and contact info. Could someone help me out?

When I click to view the farm lists in Costa Rica it guides me to purchase the membership, which I've already done.

Hello, I'm new to WWOOF, and yesterday I received a message from a wooffer which seems to me like the typical scam emails, I don't know if I should report this but I imagine it's better to ask. This is the email I received:

However strange or surprising this contact might seem to you as we have not meet personally or had any dealings in the past. I humbly ask that you take due consideration of its importance and immense benefit.
My name is Susan Williams from Republic of Sierra-Leone. I have something very important that i would like to confide in you please,I have a reasonable amount of money which i inherited from my late father (Nine Million Five Hundred thousand United States Dollar}.US$9.500.000.00.which I want to invest in your country with you and again in a very profitable venture.

Currently I am residing in Ivory coast now with my Brother Desmond Williams where my late father deposited the money, so i will like you to reply me immediatly so that i will give you more details about everything.

I am expecting your reply for more explanation. Please i am urgently waiting for your response and I am conceding 15% of this money to you for your efforts assistance.

I am having the same problem as well, but with my WWOOF Costa Rica account. I paid over 2 weeks ago and my account still has not been activated.

Thanks for joining Costa Rica. We are glad you are coming with us.  Regarding your question about contacting the farm I may say you should contact every farm and write them an e mail. The list should have it on their profile page.

Sometimes the farms are in remote places and don't answer immediately, so the most you try to reach, the better.

Please let us know your experience.

Hello Dear Wwoofing Help Team,
My name is Laura Sargeant and I have joined and registered for the wwooflatinamerica.com site. I am heading to Costa Rica this coming July, 2019 and I have been recommended this site from a friend who has had good experiences reaching farms that suited her. 
I have received the list of all the available farms, however, I do not see how I can enquire further on the farm profile page. Can WWOOF  members reach the farms for further questions through the WWOOF website or is this something that each individual does personally, contacting the farm through personal email address which is given on the farm profile page?

Hello, it's now the fifth time I try to buy my membership for wwoofing in Mexico, and each time, the transaction is not possible, because of problems ''paypal'' are dealing with. It says to try again later, but it never works… I don't know how to solve this problem, and I need to organize my summer really soon, so I would appreciate some help! Thank you!

I have been trying now for a few times to pay for membership for wwoofing in Mexico but am always met with error message 3022 once I have submitted my payment information such as card number. I have tried from two computers now, a mac and a PC, and the problem persists. I have also cleared my cache to no avail. Could someone please assist me with this issue? Many thanks.
