I have payed for membership for WOOF Costa Rica, but still after several days it says that my membership is pending approval. I have not received any emails from WWOOF to confirm my payment either, just from PayPal. Please advice! Thank you, Lauren.

never aswered our email, we tried contacting via phone line, but the numbers were not active.

Although we received a call from a farmer (Unfortunately dont remember which one) that claimed he cancelled his membership with wwoof but somehow his profile has not been deleted from your website. 

rawtulum@gmail.com is not a fraud, It was the only farmer we actually managed to contact, but I had a personal issue with them even before reaching the farm. We exchanged a few emails. They said they needed volunteers and I replied saying with date and time of my arrival, they replied saying to drop a whatsapp once arrived in Tulum. So I did when i arrived, since their address in not very accurate on maps, I sent them a message, as agreed, asking for a proper address or if had to wait them somewhere. Although we cannot really rely on it, their status on whatsapp was online and  the messages I have sent, were delivered and read. it was 6pm. I had to wait 5 hours before an answer. I was really upset. I had to find an accomodation because it was getting late and didn#t want to wait up all night, I came to Tulum just for this purpose and had to pay a bus from Merida for nothing. I sent another message saying I reported their profile as scam (this is what it seemed to me after my experience with wwoof mexico), and a special thank you for letting me wait all that time. They replied with many cursing messages. Fine, I was mad at them, they were mad at me. It was just a misunderstanding. 

The last issue I had is about a hacker, but apparently, she has been removed.  I cannot see the comment she left on my wall anymore. I found her on many dating profiles, she said she is a lieutenant from the USA army having vital information to disclose to me. She writes the same comment in every volunteering,dating platform. if you receive an email or a message with this characteristic, don not open the email link she sends you.If I manage to find her name again, I will report it on this wall.

We are very saddened and upset to hear what happened to you. We rely on the feedback we receive from WWOOFers about the farms. We have a strict complaints procedure and we keep track of every report we get about a farm. When we receive a complaint we look into it directly and, depending on the situation, we may decide to put the farm on probation or permanently remove it from the list. If you could give us further details I will appraciate it.

When I attempt to use my login at WWOOF Latin America's website to subscribe to and pay for WWOOF Mexico membership, it appears that I am instead giving money to Proyectos Keystone. I will not make a payment to WWOOF until I have been reassured that I am in fact buying Mexico member ship. Please reply. Thank you, Kelly Coburn

Good evening, I’d like to report a problem using WWOOF Mexico. 

I’ve contacted 11 farms in Yucatán but none of them have ever replied. Some of them are no longer active. Rawtulum is a fraud (we spent a lot of money to reach that farm and it doesn’t exist. I have also received a message from one of your farmers asking to contact them but it was an hacker. We did WWOOF in many other country and we never had this issue before. I would like a full refund of our subcription otherwise i’ll Report your website as fraud, because this is what it seems to me.

i tryed few times, i also tryed to reset the password but it told me "

Due to sucurity reasons we do not keep record of the passwords. You could try to log in and below the space where you write your password there is a banner "Forgot password?" Clikc there and follow the instructions.

Hi wwoof team, I paid for my Colombia wwoofing membership $18 on 24th May. Its now 10 September and I already wrote an email to wwoofmail@yahoo.com with no reply.

I cannot enter wwoof Colombia online to see the farm list. Please help me. I have a woof Latin America page already but am being asked to pay the membership a second time.
